Baystate Health a nationally recognized leader in healthcare quality and safety and home to Baystate Medical Center (BMC) a Magnet Hospital for Nursing Excellence is looking for a full-time Registered Nurse to join our 8-bed Dialysis Inpatient Treatment Unit.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

• Our 8-bed Dialysis Inpatient Treatment unit is a small but rewarding unit! Our environment is inclusive and supportive. We have a charge nurse educator case managers certified clinicalhemodialysis technician support staff and collaborative physicians to help you through your day. On site training and mentorship will be provided!

• Members of the Division of Nephrology at Baystate provide comprehensive outpatient and hospital care of patients with kidney diseases hypertension and fluid and electrolyte disorders. Baystate Nephrology offers state-of-the-art renal replacement therapies including hemodialysis peritoneal dialysis continuous dialysis modalities and kidney transplantation.

SCHEDULE:

• Full time (3) 12-hour shifts

• 2nd shift 11am - 1130pm

• Paid on call

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year RN experience required.

• Education: AND required; BSN preferred.
