Were looking for a driven relationship-focused Parts & Service Sales Representative (PSSR) to help our customers maximize uptime reduce downtime and keep their equipment performing at its best.

WHAT YOULL DO
This is NOT a desk job. This is a relationship-driven field-based role where youll work directly with customers to help solve problems build trust and grow parts and service business within your territory.
Youll:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Promote parts service preventative maintenance and repair solutions
Help customers reduce downtime and extend equipment life
Work closely with Equipment Consultants (sales) and internal teams
Visit customer locations throughout your assigned territory daily
Deliver consultative solutions that separate BEC from the competition
Become a trusted advisor customers rely on
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Organized and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Prior sales experience preferred (parts/service industry strongly preferred)
Mechanical hydraulic or technical aptitude is a huge plus
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
Must reside within the assigned territory
