Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire Outside Sales for a company located in Cartersville!

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven sales professional with industry relationships and a strong hunter mentality. The role focuses on developing new business visiting customers in person building long-term relationships and generating sales growth throughout Georgia.

Qualifications for Outside Sales:

After meeting all of PPS standard qualifications Candidate must meet below qualifications:

• Proven outside sales experience is preferred.

• Experience in kitchen cabinets building materials flowing countertops millwork or related industries strongly preferred.

• Existing Georgia market relationships are a major plus.

• Strong communication negotiation and closing skills.

• Self-motivated and results-driven with ability to work independently.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Georgia.

• Basic computer skills for email CRM and quotations.

• Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Outside Sales:

• Develop new business opportunities with cabinet dealers builders contractors remodelers and distributors.

• Visit prospects and customer regularly throughout Georgia.

• Present company products programs and partnership opportunities.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Generate quotations and coordinate with internal team for pricing and order support.

• Follow up on leads from trade shows referrals and company marketing efforts.

• Trak pipeline activity customer visits and opportunities.

• Identify market trends competitor activity and new growth opportunities.

• Work closely with management team to expand territory sales.

• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
