This role supportsinternational finance operations across the APAC region providing analytical and operational support related to financial reporting cash management and compliance. The Analyst will contribute toaccuratefinancial insights strong controls and effective decisionmakingin a complex multicountry environment. This position offers exposure to global stakeholders regional leadership and crossborder financial processesmaking it an excellent opportunity to builda strong foundationin international finance within a leading medical technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support regional and international finance activities including analysis of financial statements cash positions and balance sheet accounts.

  • Assistwithglobal cash visibility and liquidity reportingacross APAC affiliates to ensureaccuratedaily cash management.

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports forecasts and variance analyses to support regional decisionmaking.

  • Monitor and analyze large financial datasets related to treasury operations capital transactions and intercompany activities.

  • Support compliance with local statutory tax and regulatory requirements escalating issues asappropriate.

  • Assistwith internal and external audit activities including data preparation and issue followup.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by performing trend analysis andidentifyingopportunities to enhance financial processes and controls.

  • Collaborate with regional and global finance partners while applying Johnson & Johnsons Credo in daily work.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics ora relateddiscipline (required).

  • Masters degree or MBA in Finance or related field (preferred).

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • 02 years of relevant work experience in finance accounting or related analytical roles.

  • Foundational knowledge of financial statements accounting principles and financial analysis.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.

  • Proficiencywith Excel and standard financial systems or ERP tools.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a regulated environment.

  • Ability to work effectively under supervision and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred:

  • Exposure to international or regional finance operations preferably within APAC.

  • Basic understanding of treasury cash management or intercompany processes.

  • Experience supporting audits or compliancerelated activities.

  • Familiarity with multinational business environments or matrixed organizations.

  • Strong communicationskills and ability to collaborate across cultures.

Other:

  • Language:Fluency in Korean; businesslevel English.

  • Travel:Up to 10% regional travel within APAC.

  • Certifications:CPA ACCA or equivalent finance certification (preferred not).
