Job Summary
Our facilities are vibrant action-oriented environments - a hub of activity where visitors can play learn to swim go to fitness classes train and take part in sporting events.
We have a large fun team who get to work with the community every day. Its an extremely rewarding environment with plenty of laughs along the way.
What you will be doing
- Making Customers feel welcome respected and supported
- Operating the point-of-sale systems
- Supporting the operations of the café and shop
- Providing information to Splash Centre Customers
- Operating the inhouse computer systems to process pool bookings lessons and fitness classes
What were looking for
- A people person with proven customer service experience who is passionate about helping customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work weekends/evenings and some public holidays (suitable for students)
- Food handling and Barista skills though not essential would be an advantage
