As a Security Officer Dispatch Operator in Savannah GA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location where you will monitor communications coordinate security-related activity document incidents and help maintain organized response this dynamic role you will provide outstanding customer service while contributing to a caring culture built on agility reliability innovation teamwork and integrity.

Pay Rate: $24.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel visitors and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures dispatch protocols and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor radios phones alarms cameras and/or other communication systems and relay information to appropriate personnel in a calm problem-solving manner.
• Document incidents service calls and unusual activity and maintain accurate logs reports and dispatch records for the location.
• Coordinate routine and urgent requests for assistance by prioritizing calls assigning resources and communicating updates to on-site teams and/or leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed while supporting security-related operations within a dynamic aerospace and defense location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 1 or more years of law enforcement experience or 2 or more years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 or more years of security-related experience.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be 21 or more years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
