Position Overview: Are you a people person with a knack for problem-solving and a talent for sales Were seeking an enthusiastic customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced this hybrid role youll spend part of your time in the office providing top-notch customer service and administrative support and part of your time on the road meeting clients expanding our customer base and driving sales.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers providing support via phone email and in-person meetings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering personalized service and timely solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients in the field.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate telecommunications products and services.
- Prepare and deliver quotes proposals and contracts.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions sales activities and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Travel locally or regionally as needed for client meetings site visits and networking events.
What Were Looking For:
- 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to understand and explain technical products and services in simple terms.
- Comfortable working in both office and field environments.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel regularly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday primarily 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with some after-hours work requirements.
