Le gestionnaire facturation activité Service assure le traitement et le suivi de la facturation des contrats de maintenance des commandes de travaux et de modernisation.

Au cours dune journée type vous devrez:

• Collecter contrôler mettre à jour saisir et archiver les données clients (TVA pièces justificatives coordonnées bancaires)

• Identifier et corriger les anomalies de facturation en lien avec les équipes internes et les clients

• Émettre contrôler et envoyer les factures (mails plateformes EDI) et avoirs (en assurant le suivi des étapes de facturation dun contrat pour garantir lémission des documents)

• Assurer la conformité réglementaire et le suivi des incidents de facturation (analyser régulièrement les comptes clients pour répondre efficacement aux demandes de régularisation de factures)

• Déclarer les anomalies détectées sur le logiciel de facturation

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

• Être diplômé dune formation type BTS CG ou expérience équivalente

• Justifier dune première expérience réussie sur un poste similaire

• Avoir une appétence pour les chiffres et

• Maitriser les outils bureautiques (Word Excel Outlook)

• Logiciels informatiques internes: Altiweb JD Edwards (ERP) ELog (CRM)

• Logiciels informatiques externes : Chorus et plateformes de facturation privées
