Roles and Responsibilities à Requirement Analysis participating JAD sessions requirement documentations Functional Specification writing requirement traceability matrix preparations Functional walkthrough to the team test scenario preparations functional validations QA test execution review application Demo to product owner.

Scrum updates tracking follow up on open items Sprint Planning Backlog refinement.

Primary Skills :

Market and FX/Treasury Domain FX Trade life Cycle Business Analysis
Secondary Skills:

Manual testing Agile Process

9 to 14 years experience in IT Business Analysis preferably in FX/Treasury Domain.

Functional Knowledge of FX Trade life Cycle statements reports

Requirement gathering and requirement analysis skills.

Experience in functional specification and or Use Case preparation.

Excellent team player who can functionally mentor/guide /assist/motivate team. members and produce best team result.

Should have very good communication skills/interpersonal skills.



Nice to have

Experience in test plan and test case preparation and review

Experience in end to end functional testing

Good exposure to Estimation Planning Task assignment Tracking and reporting

Experience of interacting with North America counterparts/clients.
