AtOPTIONS youll play a vital role supporting our team as we help individuals with developmental disabilities live and work in their community.

What Youll Own:

• Help clients identify career goals strengths and areas for improvement.
• Support job search activities including applications and resumes.
• Prepare clients for interviews and workplace expectations.
• Provide coaching on communication professionalism punctuality and organization.
• Assist with onboarding and adjustment to a new workplace.
• Monitor progress and help solve workplace challenges.
• Communicate with employers or partner organizations when appropriate.

What You Bring:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in coaching counseling workforce development education or human services.
• Ability to motivate and support diverse individuals.
• Knowledge of employment readiness job retention and workplace behavior.
• Organizational and case management skills.
• Valid drivers license with good driving record
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
