Architectural Designer

At CRB our Architectural Designers play a key role in bringing complex highly technical projects to life. Working under the guidance of the Architect of Record youll contribute to the design documentation and coordination of projects across a variety of industriesincluding life sciences and food & beverage.

This is a great opportunity to grow your technical skills while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of architects engineers and construction professionals.

What Youll Do

• Develop design and construction models using Revit or other BIM tools
• Produce drawings and documentation including floor plans reflected ceiling plans elevations sections and details
• Translate redlines and markups into coordinated high-quality drawing sets
• Review drawings to ensure compliance with CRB documentation standards
• Collaborate closely with engineering and construction teams to deliver coordinated constructible designs
• Support field investigations site visits and data collection
• Participate in design reviews coordination meetings and quality checks
• Assist with the development of studies presentations and reports

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture ( or equivalent) preferred
• Associate degree or technical certification with relevant AEC experience will be considered
• 3 years of professional experience in an architectural or AEC environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office
• Experience with Enscape Navisworks and AutoCAD
• Experience developing and coordinating construction documents
• Working knowledge of building codes (IBC ADA etc.)
• Experience in advanced technology or industrial project types (life sciences biotech pharmaceutical food & beverage etc.)
• LEED WELL or other sustainability accreditation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel as needed for project or training support
