Job Summary
At CRB our Architectural Designers play a key role in bringing complex highly technical projects to life. Working under the guidance of the Architect of Record youll contribute to the design documentation and coordination of projects across a variety of industriesincluding life sciences and food & beverage.
This is a great opportunity to grow your technical skills while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of architects engineers and construction professionals.
What Youll Do
- Develop design and construction models using Revit or other BIM tools
- Produce drawings and documentation including floor plans reflected ceiling plans elevations sections and details
- Translate redlines and markups into coordinated high-quality drawing sets
- Review drawings to ensure compliance with CRB documentation standards
- Collaborate closely with engineering and construction teams to deliver coordinated constructible designs
- Support field investigations site visits and data collection
- Participate in design reviews coordination meetings and quality checks
- Assist with the development of studies presentations and reports
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture ( or equivalent) preferred
- Associate degree or technical certification with relevant AEC experience will be considered
- 3 years of professional experience in an architectural or AEC environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Enscape Navisworks and AutoCAD
- Experience developing and coordinating construction documents
- Working knowledge of building codes (IBC ADA etc.)
- Experience in advanced technology or industrial project types (life sciences biotech pharmaceutical food & beverage etc.)
- LEED WELL or other sustainability accreditation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel as needed for project or training support
