Industry: Continuous process industrial production facility with integrated utilities and heavy-industry plant functions.

Salary: R40 000 R50 000 p/m (TCTC)

Start Date: ASAP

Type: Limited Duration Contract x6 Months TBC.

An opportunity for an experienced MECHANICAL FOREMAN is required to lead and manage mechanical maintenance teams in a high-output industrial plant. Limited Duration Contract employment based in Mpumalanga (Manufacturing Industrial Region).

Duties & Responsibilities

Supervise mechanical teams across presses dryers boilers conveyors
Maintain and repair gearboxes bearings feed systems and rotating equipment
Lead plan and track maintenance tasks and outages
Implement reliability strategies and continuous improvement
Coach technicians and enforce safety standards and protocols
Coordinate shutdown planning and execution

Desired Experience & Qualification

Mechanical trade qualification (Millwright / Fitter) (Red Seal preferred) or equivalent
Supervisory experience in heavy industry
5 years industrial plant mechanical experience / Industrial Installation L.D.C. Projects
Strong mechanical systems knowledge
Leadership and communication skills
Safety compliance focus
Traceable & contactable references
Local residency or relocation required
