Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire a Warehouse Manager for a warehouse located in Cartersville!

Qualifications for Warehouse Managers:

After meeting all of PPS standard qualifications Candidate must meet below qualifications:

• Fluent in both English and Chinese/Mandarin is preferred.

• Strong communication skills with ability to work across cultures and teams.

• Previous warehouse management logistics or operations experience preferred.

• Strong leadership organization and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

• Forklift experience is preferred; ability to safely operate warehouse equipment is a plus.

• Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Warehouse Managers:

• Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations to ensure smoother and efficient workflow.

• Develop improve and implement inventory control receiving shipping and warehouse processes.

• Coordinate with China management teams to ensure accurate communication of inventory logistics and operational data.

• Maintain warehouse safety cleanliness and compliance with company standards.

• Monitor order processing and shipping schedules.

• Train supervise and manage warehouse staff.

• Analyze warehouse and operational data identify improvement opportunities and report to management.

• Supper container receiving unloading cycle counts and inventory organization as needed.

• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
