The Role:

MCA Engineering has developed a dedicated and motivated workforce with a broad range of expertise and a sincere customer focus. Due to an increase in work we have the need for a skilled trades to join our team including:

• Concreters Formworkers
• Operators
• Steel Fixers
• Truck Drivers

We specialise in mining/quarrying concrete processing infrastructure custom engineering projects residential and commercial structural steel site maintenance and breakdowns.

• Solid rates on either 2/1 or 3/1 rosters
• Ongoing work with future opportunities

Requirements:

• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work independently without supervision and also be part of a team
• Relevant qualifications tickets
• Operators must have excavator bobcat & loader licence
• Concreters must have experience in concrete finishing including smoothing leveling and surface detailing

About You:

• Current drivers licence
• Excellent communication skills
• At least 2 years experience in similar role
• Experience working on mine sites would be an advantage
• Locally based FIFO or DIDO
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A testing
