The Supply Chain Strategist will be a key member responsible for partnering with the Supply Chain Strategy Leader in deploying the Supply Chain Strategy framework across GE Vernova businesses.

The Next Generation Supply Chain strategy is used to:

• Align Growth with customer needs.

• Focus on differentiated technology.

• Streamline product offerings.

• Network Optimization

• Align to customer and shareholder values and prioritizing Safety Quality Delivery and Cost.

In this role the strategist will partner with the Supply Chain Development Strategy Leader on cross-functional initiatives & collaborate across the GE Vernova Supply Chain on devising the Voice of Customer which includes Market Opportunities Key Technologies & Capabilities as differentiators network optimization aligned with global demand. This role will lead the deployment of the Next Gen strategy across the businesses. This will include stakeholder interviews facilitating workshops kaizen events longer term projects management.

It is expected that this will be a very dynamic role as the GE Vernova Supply Chain Development organization grows and develops. Success in this role depends on effective partnership and collaboration with cross-functional GE Vernova leadership (e.g. business development strategy product lines commercial teams) to consolidate operational insights and considerations into key initiatives (based on Voice of Customer Make vs Buy strategy Site Strategic Assessment and Robotics and Automation).

What youll do

• Define and lead enterprise-wide supply chain strategy across GE Vernova businesses translating First Order Principles into actionable decisions on Make vs Buy footprint and automation

• Identify and unlock structural value opportunities (cost growth resilience margin expansion)

• Influence CEO/ELT-level decisions with data-backed system-level insights

• Partner with GEV Supply Chain Strategy Leader on cross-functional initiatives & collaborate across the GE Vernova Supply Chain to deploy the Supply Chain strategy framework.

• Develop financial models (including sensitivity analysis) and capacity planning to guide strategic decision-making.

• Partner with GE Vernova Business Development team on supply chain strategy to support business line vision & goals.

• Build and present business case to inform business supply chain decision making highlighting trade-offs such as: SIOP capex capacity risk efficiency resiliency flow and sustainability by applying system optimization thinking.

• Deploy standard work for Voice of Customer which includes Market Opportunities Key Technologies & Capabilities as differentiators and footprint aligned with global demand.

• Project manage as needed to support business-level strategic projects and NGSC development.

• Create standard capability matrix that can be adopted across Global Supply Chain

• Develop and lead the process for identifying strategic sites for growth potential capital allocation needs and financial benefits to GEV.

• Collaborate with the GE Vernova Corporate Strategy Team to ensure key market trends & insights are captured and incorporated into the Voice of Customer process.

• Create and improve the standard work and strategy framework of the supply chain development team through data collection and analysis and closed feedback loop with cross-functional business teams.

• Champion and integrate GE Vernova values and Sustainability Framework into GEV Supply Chain Development standard practices.

What youll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelors Degree from an accredited University or College in Engineering Supply Chain Finance or Business

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant Supply Chain Finance Lean or Sourcing experience

• Experience leading cross-functional projects and working with and presenting to global stakeholders at senior level.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Excellent communication (oral/written) experience working and influencing cross-culturally in large matrixed organizations.

• Strong interpersonal influencing and leadership skills.

• Strong quantitative and data analysis skills

• Transformational change leader who excels in change management.

• Strategic thinking with the ability to balance thought leadership continuous learning and improvement with demonstrated results.

• Produire des analyses modèles financiers et plans de capacité pour éclairer les décisions stratégiques.

• Préparer et présenter des business cases intégrant les arbitrages entre SIOP capex capacité risques efficacité résilience flux et durabilité.

• Collaborer avec les équipes Business Development Corporate Strategy et Supply Chain pour intégrer les retours du marché et de la voix du client.

• Animer des entretiens avec les parties prenantes des ateliers des kaizen events et des projets de transformation.

• Développer et faire évoluer les standards matrices de capacités et méthodes de travail de léquipe Supply Chain Development.

• Piloter si nécessaire des projets stratégiques à léchelle business.

• Intégrer les valeurs GE Vernova et les exigences de durabilité dans les pratiques Supply Chain.

Compétences requises :

• Diplôme de niveau Bachelor en ingénierie Supply Chain Finance ou Business.

• Au moins 10 ans dexpérience en Supply Chain Finance Lean ou Sourcing.

• Expérience confirmée dans la conduite de projets transverses et la présentation à des interlocuteurs de niveau senior.

• Excellentes capacités de communication orale et écrite.

• Aisance à évoluer dans des environnements internationaux matriciels et multiculturels.

• Fortes compétences en leadership influence et relations interpersonnelles.

• Solides compétences quantitatives et analytiques.

• Expérience dans la conduite du changement.

• Capacité à penser de manière stratégique tout en orientant laction vers des résultats concrets.

• Disponibilité pour voyager jusquà environ 50 % du temps.

Compétences préférées :

• Master ou MBA en Supply Chain Management ou Business Administration.

• Expérience préalable dans un programme de leadership GE tel que OMLP FMP ou CAS.
