About the Role:

In this roleyoullexpand your responsibility and ownership working closely with expert engineers and a product manager who advocates for the gather feedback and translate insights into design solutions that support both todays projects and tomorrows vision of autonomous construction.

What You Bring:

Experience and Skills

• Degree in Product Interaction Visual Design related Design disciplines or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 4 years of proven product design experience ideally within a startup or entrepreneurial setting.

• Demonstratedexpertisein responsive digital designvisual design principles and prototyping techniques.

• Demonstratedproficiencyworking within and contributing to a structured Design System includingcomponentgovernance token usage andmaintainingconsistency at scale.

• Comfort using AI-assisted tools(e.g.Claude Code Nano Bananaetc)to support research synthesis rapid ideation and workflow efficiency with a genuine curiosity to keep evolving how they are usedtodiscloseindividual and team potential.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German languageproficiencyatB2 level or aboveis.
