Possibility for year-round employment if you are interested in commercial snow removal in the winter months.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position serves as a key team member to ensure all seasonal color flowers and plants are watered and maintained in a manner that exceeds the customer expectation. Our Seasonal Color Attendant works primarily independently and occasionally in crews to complete assignments.
They will build positive relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction brand loyalty and team collaboration.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Landscape Crew- Seasonal Color Attendant
- Drive a water truck and provide watering services for seasonal color flowers (annuals) and plants.
- Periodic deadheading maintenance and weeding of annuals.
- As needed assist in performing tasks related to softscape installation such as mulch sod and plant material.
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment at job site.
- Demonstrate safe and proficient operation of water truck and any other equipment used.
- Proficient in the use of various operating systems and technology to track and report jobs.
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Works collaboratively with the team and company leadership.
- Demonstrates timely and effective communication- verbal non-verbal and written.
- Demonstrates high quality decision making in a fast paced and quickly evolving environment
QUALIFICATIONS
- 18 years of age.
- Must be able to pass a pre- employment drug test.
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
- Valid DOT card or ability to obtain one.
Preferred::General knowledge of seasonal flowers and plant care.
