Resident Technical Officer (Mechanical & Electrical)

• Oversee the construction of mechanical systems including ACMV plumbing and sanitary etc.
• Monitor the installation of electrical systems distribution networks and power management infrastructure
• Conduct routine inspections testing and preventive maintenance on all building systems to ensure optimal performance
• Work closely with the Resident Engineer M&E contractors and vendors 
• Ensure compliance with Singapore building codes safety regulations and industry standards
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all construction activities and system performance
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and coordinate immediate corrective actions
• Collaborate with facility management and other departments to address technical concerns and support organizational needs

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in mechanical and electrical systems maintenance and operation
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical equipment issues
• Familiarity with Singapore building codes regulations and safety compliance requirements
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed technical documentation and maintenance records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Registered RTO with IES
• Working location will be at RWS Sentosa
• 5.5 days work week
