Resident Technical Officer (Mechanical & Electrical)
Job Summary
- Oversee the construction of mechanical systems including ACMV plumbing and sanitary etc.
- Monitor the installation of electrical systems distribution networks and power management infrastructure
- Conduct routine inspections testing and preventive maintenance on all building systems to ensure optimal performance
- Work closely with the Resident Engineer M&E contractors and vendors
- Ensure compliance with Singapore building codes safety regulations and industry standards
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all construction activities and system performance
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and coordinate immediate corrective actions
- Collaborate with facility management and other departments to address technical concerns and support organizational needs
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in mechanical and electrical systems maintenance and operation
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical equipment issues
- Familiarity with Singapore building codes regulations and safety compliance requirements
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed technical documentation and maintenance records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Registered RTO with IES
- Working location will be at RWS Sentosa
- 5.5 days work week
