An exciting opportunity exists for a Junior Quality Engineer with a passion for quality systems data-driven problem solving and automotive manufacturing standards. This role is ideal for a quality-focused professional looking to deepen their exposure to OEM core tools and new product launches.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensure products supplied meet customer and specification requirements
Actively manage APQP PPAP FMEA Control Plans and Process Flows
Develop review and implement procedures and inspection instructions

Customer & Internal Quality Management

Drive customer concerns and internal PPMs through the 8D process
Issue track and close Corrective Action Requests (CARs)
Manage containment actions internally and with third parties

Process Control & Reporting

Perform SPC monitoring and data analysis
Conduct 1st-off inspections in production areas
Facilitate daily weekly and monthly quality reporting
Monitor and track KPIs targets and objectives

New Product Introduction

Support new product launches
Perform part measurement capability trials
Liaise with R&D laboratories for testing and out-of-spec resolution

Education

Relevant technical qualification in Quality Engineering or related field

Experience & Skills

Minimum 3 years experience in automotive manufacturing quality
Strong knowledge of OEM Core Tools (APQP PPAP SPC FMEA MSA)
Understanding of customer-specific requirements
Lean manufacturing exposure
Advanced Microsoft Office capability
Excellent communication and analytical skills
