Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Specialist to support pricing strategy fee calibration and commercial optimization initiatives. The role focuses on analyzing pricing performance maintaining pricing frameworks supporting cross-functional projects and ensuring alignment between business operations and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze pricing performance customer behavior and market trends.
- Support delivery fee calibration and pricing optimization initiatives.
- Prepare pricing recommendations based on data analysis and business impact.
- Maintain pricing templates trackers and reporting dashboards.
- Validate pricing configurations and ensure implementation accuracy.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis.
- Track KPIs and provide insights to improve profitability and customer experience.
- Ensure alignment with company pricing policies and strategic objectives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business MIS Statistics Finance or related field.
- 13 years of experience in pricing analytics strategy or commercial roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with SQL BI tools or data visualization is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
