As Chef de Partie at Golf View Hotel youll play a key role in our kitchen team preparing and plating high-quality dishes while supervising junior staff to maintain our high a fast-paced environment youll manage daily kitchen operations including shift briefings stock control and monitoring costs and wastage. Working closely with senior chefs youll ensure compliance with all food safety regulations while delivering outstanding culinary experiences for our guests.
