Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Maintenance Person to join our team in Cashel.
Duties to include:
- Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks across all departments general knowledge of plumbing carpentry electrical and HVAC
- Addressing maintenance issues promptly and efficiently using the hotels Maintenance App.
- Performing routine preventative maintenance tasks across all Cashel Palace Hotel Outlets
- Working 5 over 7 days (Monday to Sunday) 8.00am to 4.30pm or 10.30am to 7pm
- Weekend Work will apply on rotation basis.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a safe well organised working environment
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs performed
- Previous experience in Hotel or Hospitality Maintenance a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 2 / 3 years relevant experience in a similar maintenance role.
- Relevant trade qualifications & knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
- Strong organisational communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with a positive and professional attitude.
