Job Summary
The T&C team department is seeking a talented and dynamic Global Learning and development Assistant (internship or apprenticeship) to support the Learning & Development Director in implementing the learning strategy and support for hotels in their development.
Responsibilities:
- Support the engagement and coordination of the Training & Competency (T&C) and Learning & Development (L&D) community across hotels.
- Update and enhance learning materials including e-learning modules workshops and presentations to ensure alignment with brand standards and consistency.
- Monitor training performance and learner impact through dashboards reporting and satisfaction surveys.
- Provide operational support to hotels in the use of learning and training tools.
- Promote learning initiatives through social media content creation and the implementation of communication strategies.
- Manage and maintain the internal Learning Management System (LMS) including the integration of engaging and impactful training content.
- Provide digital and administrative support for the LMS including tracking activities email communications and meeting coordination.
- Oversee client administration processes and invoicing activities.
In an international environment this internship or apprenticeship is a great opportunity to work closely with different internal stakeholders (T&C team different department -Brands operations) and external stakeholders (external providers trainers social media) while developing your skills in communication marketing and HR.
Qualifications :
- Strong interest in the hospitality industry people development and continuous learning with a good understanding of social media platforms.
- Highly organized proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and handle administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively within an international team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
