About the Role
The Senior Project Coordinator plays a critical role in managing product flow schedules and communication across active projects.
Based in Salt Lake City this position is responsible for ensuring materials are approved ordered and delivered correctly to support field operations.
What Youll Do
- Own the submittal process from preparation through approval.
- Manage material ordering aligned with project schedules.
- Coordinate phased deliveries and resolve timing issues.
- Track vendor lead times and proactively adjust schedules.
- Provide clear updates to project teams and leadership.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in construction coordination material ordering or project support.
- Experience managing product lead times and delivery schedules.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strongly Preferred
- Flooring or interior finishes experience.
- Ability to read plans or architectural drawings.
- Experience with Procore Bluebeam or similar systems.

Schedule Pay and Benefits
- Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.
- Starting Pay Range: $60000 - $70000 depending on experience
