Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire a Production Supervisor for a warehouse located in Norcross!

Qualifications for Production Supervisors:

After meeting all of PPS standard qualifications Candidate must meet below qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred).

• 2-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of production processes and equipment.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and procedures.

• Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Production Supervisors:

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet output and quality targets.

• Monitor production processes and make real time adjustments to optimize efficiency.

• Train mentor and support production team members.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Perform routine equipment checks and coordinate maintenance as needed.

• Maintain accurate production records and reports.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementation.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors maintenance and quality teams.

• Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate when necessary.

• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Shift Details: Monday-Friday 5:00AM-5:00PM

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
