Job Summary
SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting the planning implementation administration and evaluation of organizational programs and projects. Ensure programs operate efficiently by coordinating schedules communications documentation resources and stakeholder engagement. Work collaboratively with internal teams clients vendors and community partners to support successful program outcomes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate day-to-day program activities and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
- Maintain program schedules calendars reports and documentation.
- Serve as a point of contact for program participants partners and stakeholders.
- Assist with planning meetings events trainings and workshops.
- Track program metrics budgets invoices and reporting requirements.
- Monitor program compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Prepare presentations status updates and communication materials.
- Support onboarding and coordination of staff contractors or volunteers associated with programs.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with implementing solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to program operations.
- Collaborate with leadership to support strategic program goals and initiatives.
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Public Administration Healthcare Administration Human Services or related field preferred.
- Two (2) or more years of experience in program coordination project support administration or a related role.
- Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Experience working in government contracting nonprofit or workforce development environments.
- Familiarity with project management software and reporting systems.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams or external partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time. May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project.
TRAVEL
The expected travel time is less than 10%.
DRIVING REQUIREMENTS
Must have or be able to attain a valid state drivers license and be insurable on the companys automobile insurance policy. Driving with or without accommodation may be required when traveling for training and/or short occasional amounts of local driving. The expected driving time is less than 10%.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is expected to be remote; however the company reserves the right to require onsite work.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Position consists of seeing up close and sitting for extended periods of time bending stooping crouching and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds. Ability to use standard office equipment including a computer telephone copier and printer. Frequently uses hands/fingers for manipulation of keyboard and mouse.
