About the Role A growing homecare company is looking for a relationship-driven Account Manager to expand their network within the MLTC space. This role is laser-focused on building genuine connections with care coordinators at government-supported organizations who manage homecare services for individuals with emotional and physical needs. Your job is simple in concept but powerful in impact become the go-to homecare contact for every care coordinator in your network so when a family needs support your company is the first call they make.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Building
- Identify and connect with care coordinators at MLTC and government-supported organizations
- Build and maintain a consistent outreach cadence via LinkedIn email and phone
- Position the company as the trusted homecare provider within your network
Referral Development
- Develop and grow referral partnerships with organizations managing services for individuals with physical and emotional needs
- Stay top of mind with care coordinators who manage caseloads of 4050 families
- Convert relationships into consistent referral volume for the agency
Account Management
- Track outreach activity and referral trends across your accounts
- Maintain organized records of contacts communications and partnership status
- Collaborate with internal intake and care coordination teams to ensure smooth handoffs
Qualifications
- Experience in sales account management or relationship-facing roles
- Background in healthcare homecare or social services is a plus
- Strong communication skills across phone email and LinkedIn outreach
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a remote-friendly outreach strategy
- Highly organized with a genuine passion for people and community impact
