Whats your day like

As a PACT Nurse Specialist at Cumberland County Guidance Center you will play a pivotal role in our PACT Team delivering intensive community-based services to adults navigating serious mental illness. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive nursing assessmentsboth at program entry and annuallyto evaluate mental health symptoms and behaviors related to prescribed medications. You will meticulously monitor individuals for any side effects while enhancing their understanding of medication benefits and promoting compliance. Your organizational skills will shine as you oversee the monthly inventory of medications and medical supplies while also preparing the medical agenda for the upcoming month.

Requirements for this PACT NURSE SPECIALIST job

A valid New Jersey Registered Nurses License or an Advanced Degree for Nursing Specialists is required along with two years of experience working with individuals facing chronic mental illness.
