Atlas Workplace Services is looking for a high-calibre Senior QSHE Manager to help shape and deliver our national QSHE strategy.
This is a senior leadership position working closely with the QSHE Director where youll influence how we approach safety quality environmental performance ESG and wellbeing across a complex multi-site FM portfolio.

The Role
As Senior QSHE Manager youll operate as a key figure in the QSHE leadership teamsupporting delivery enhancing compliance and driving performance improvements across the business.
Youll combine hands-on operational support with strategic influence ensuring our teams consistently deliver safe compliant and sustainable services.
What Youll Be Doing
Leadership & Influence
- Act as a trusted deputy to the QSHE Director supporting key decisions and escalation points
- Influence stakeholders at all levels embedding a strong QSHE and ESG culture
- Support and guide QSHE Managers and Advisors across the business
Programme Delivery
- Lead and support national initiatives including:
- Sustainability & ESG programmes
- Behavioural safety improvements
- Wellbeing and human performance initiatives
- Align QSHE priorities with wider business and client objectives
Compliance & Assurance
- Support and enhance the audit and compliance framework
- Ensure management systems remain compliant with ISO and 45001
- Drive consistency and best practice across all contracts
Performance & Data
- Deliver clear insight-driven reporting across QSHE and ESG metrics
- Analyse trends from audits incidents CAFM data and performance systems
- Recommend and implement improvement actions across the portfolio
Operational Support
- Advise operational teams on risk compliance and best practice
- Support development of risk assessments method statements and safe systems of work
- Investigate incidents focusing on root causes human factors and behavioural influences
Qualifications
- NEBOSH General Certificate (essential with 3 years PQE)
- NEBOSH Diploma (Level 6) (desirable)
- ISO Lead/Internal Auditor ( 45001)
- Legionella qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent)
Experience & Skills
- Strong background in FM M&E or multi-site service delivery
- Experience implementing and managing QSHE systems and audits
- Excellent knowledge of UK H&S and environmental legislation
- Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and reporting capability (Excel data interpretation)
- Professional solutions-focused approach with a collaborative mindset
