Facility Maintenance Technician

We are adding a Facility Maintenance Technician to our Black River Falls Wisconsin team.

We offer flexible hours and a 5 day work week. You would work Monday-Friday with infrequent need to support the dealership during the weekend. Outstanding pay plan with very generous incentives and multiple bonus opportunities. Opportunity for advancement and continuous training.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine and preventative repairs and maintenance on the dealerships physical facility and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical and plumbing systems.
• Operate and maintain building systems such as: Pumps Fans Pneumatic controls Pressurereducing valves Compressors Air filtration systems
• Perform routine lot and lawn maintenance to include mowing and snow removal; ensure lot is safe for team members and customers
• Complete miscellaneous tasks and errands for all dealership departments.
• Maintain the physical appearance of the facility including minor carpentry painting and general upkeep.
• Support safety and compliance by ensuring equipment and systems operate properly.
• Other jobs as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in facility building or industrial maintenance; 2-4 years experience working in a maintenance position or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of mechanical electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment safely.
• Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Physical ability to lift climb bend and work in various environments.
