Key Accountabilities:

• Recruit select develop and motivate the Contract Sales Associates.
• Managing key accounts
• Effective administration of employee training performance appraisals and incentive programs.
• Ensure that our customer inquiries are handled in a prompt courteous and efficient manner.
• Maintains contract review to ISO9001:2008 standards.
• Negotiate new and renewal customer contracts.
• OA10 & SA10 review on an as needed basis.
• N-item review prior to submitting for approval.
• Implementation of Contract Manager at accounts where required.
• Plan and direct the activities of all Contract Sales Associates.
• Meets TKMNA Employee Attributes/Competencies

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• Some college coursework completed
• 1-2 years of inside sales experience
• Metals product knowledge
• Solid computer skills (MS Word/Excel/Outlook)
• Ability to communicate either written or verbal in a knowledgeable clear and positive manner
• Leadership skills
• People skills such as listening respect involvement motivation etc.

Preferred Requirements:

• 4-year college degree
• 2-3 years outside sales
• 2-3 years inside sales

Job Compensation

$82000/year Performance Incentive Compensation
