The technician will provide maintenance and troubleshooting specifically on our Swiss Lathes Wire EDM Grinders or Mill addition to providing critical service and repairs we are looking for experienced candidates that have 7 plus years experience. The technician may be required to perform other maintenance functions as required while in a clean climate-controlled tasks include: Assist with the installation movement and disassembly of machinery and equipment. Maintain overhaul modify and repair machinery and stationary equipment. Electrical troubleshooting of CNC circuitry utilizing multi-meter & other diagnostic techniques. Ensuring operating safety devices function properly upon completion of repairs modifications and installations. Read and interpret manuals schematics and process specifications to visualize layouts and guide work. Collaborate with production departments to ensure maintenance requirements are completed in a timely fashion. Maintain a clean orderly and safe work environment practicing 5S principles environmental sustainability and continuous improvement related to maintenance processes and procedures. Maintain all equipment by performing routine repair work daily weekly monthly quarterly and annual with onsite vendors for machine repairsJob Requirements: HS diploma or equivalent. Trade school certificate/degree inmachine repair or machine maintenance preferred. 5 years Maintenance Service Technician working within manufacturing environmentComputer proficiency including MS Office and PMmanagement systems. Excellent organizational and project management skills withability to manage multiple priorities. Demonstrated history of recommendingsuggestions for process improvements and cost savings. Experience with following equipment preferred: EDM/Sinker Laser Swiss Lathes Grinders & Milling.
