Job Responsibilities of a Home Care Direct Support Professional:

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing grooming etc.)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments.
• Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation.
• Participate in community integration activities.
• Ability to work independently in a clients home/community
