The role

Youll be a trusted partner at the centre of a fastpaced executive environment supporting the Executive Director to stay focused informed and organised while also playing a handson role in delivering priority housing assessment projects. Youll manage sensitive communications coordinate diaries and meetings and pull together clear timely advice so leaders can make confident decisions.

At the same time youll provide practical project supportkeeping documentation on track coordinating stakeholders and helping projects move forward despite tight deadlines and competing priorities. This role suits someone who enjoys juggling detail and delivery knows when to escalate issues and takes pride in making things run smoothly behind the scenes.

What you will bring to the role

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and writtento effectively convey ideas manage sensitive communications and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • High level administrative skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and competing demandsin a busy executive and project environment.
  • Solid time management and organisational skillsto juggle diaries meetings project documentation and tight deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skillswith a willingness to support leaders work across teams and contribute to shared outcomes.
  • A familiarity with the Planning System in NSW to support planning assessment teams to deliver strategic planning outcomes.
