• $38.09 to$43.48 per hour super

In this role youll

• Oversee the daily operations of theVisitor Centre (and two satellite Centres) ensuring a welcoming andinformative visitor experience.
• Coordinate and support staff andvolunteers through rostering and ongoing development.
• Participate in networking forums andmaintain strong relationships with event and local operators.
• Contribute to Councils tourism andeconomic development initiatives through continuous improvement planning andreporting.
• Provide support to the CoordinatorEconomic Development and Tourism and Support the Tourism Communications Officer.

• Abilityto coordinate daily operations follow procedures manage priorities.
• Exceptionalinterpersonal and communication skills to easily engage with visitors andbusinesses alike.
• Strongexperience leading and supporting a team to ensure positive services andoutcomes.
• Enhancedadministrative skills including recordkeeping reporting and using moderntechnology.
