Job Summary
Phoenix IL drivers home every weekend no-touch freight and 2022 or newer equipment. This is the regional opportunity youve been looking for.
What Youll Earn:
- Starting pay $0.57 CPM up to $0.64 CPM based on your experience
- Average $1300 to $1500 gross every week
- Top performers bring in $1700 weekly
- Performance bonus earn up to 3 extra CPM for safe and productive driving
Sign-On Bonus:

Your Schedule:
- Home every Saturday and Sunday for your 34-hour reset every single week no exceptions
On The Road:
- Average 2200 to 3000 miles weekly
- 100% no-touch freight no heavy lifting no surprises
- 50-60% drop and hook / 40-50% live unload
- Average haul distance 450 miles
Extra Earnings:
- Waiting at a shipper Detention pay kicks in at $12.50/hr after 2 hours
- Layover or breakdown $100 per day guaranteed
Your Truck:
- 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680 clean modern reliable

What We Need From You:
- Valid CDL-A license
