Overview:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Account Representative to assist clients with account support service updates and relationship management. This role involves direct interaction with customers and supporting daily account operations.
What Youll Be Supporting:
Customer accounts and services related to consumer products and service providers including account maintenance service inquiries and customer retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with account-related questions and service requests
- Provide accurate information about products services and account options
- Maintain and update customer account records
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Support customer retention and relationship-building initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Track daily customer interactions and account activity
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and customer-focused demeanor
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service or account management experience is a plus but not required
