Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Human Touch Home Health is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide home health services throughout the Fredericksburg region including Fredericksburg Stafford County Spotsylvania County Caroline County King George County Massaponax and surrounding communities.

What Youll Do

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Help patients improve activities of daily living and functional independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety strategies
• Document patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising therapist
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Active Virginia Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Home health experience preferred
