Human Touch Home Health is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide home health services throughout Fairfax County Loudoun County and Prince William County Virginia.

What Youll Do

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Help patients improve daily living skills and functional independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety
• Document patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising therapist
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Active Virginia Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Home health experience preferred
