SITE AGENT / PROJECT MANAGER (LANDSCAPING AND EARTHWORKS)

ROLE OVERVIEW

The role involves planning coordinating and managing project execution while ensuring budgets deadlines and quality standards are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and manage landscape installation projects meeting deadlines and budgets
• Negotiate and administer contracts (JBCC GCC NEC)
• Build and maintain professional relationships with architects designers contractors suppliers and clients
• Monitor quality and ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify upselling opportunities to achieve sales and profit targets
• Coordinate site supervisors labour suppliers and service providers efficiently
• Conduct site inspections and resolve issues promptly
• Support recruitment training motivation and performance management of staff
• Ensure compliance with health safety and security procedures
• Participate in industrial relations processes as required

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Project Management qualification (Civil Construction Building Property Development or Agricultural industries)
• 35 years construction/project management experience
• Budgeting & contract administration experience
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Tech: Microsoft Word Excel Microsoft Projects; Pastel or CCS Candy/Buildsmart advantageous
• Valid RSA Code B drivers license police clearance

REMUNERATION

• Salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
