Description:
The GDC Middle East Housing Coordinator is responsible for the management and coordination of housing for the expatriate workforce across five residential compounds in the Middle East. This role ensures seamless housing operations including tracking inbound and outbound personnel assigning accommodations based on grade and family status maintaining accurate records in SharePoint databases and coordinating logistics such as moves and compound access. The Coordinator plays a critical role in fostering a smooth stress-free living environment for employees and their families supporting their well-being and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Studies.
- 2 years of experience in property management housing coordination or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and database management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
Compliance with Saudi Labor Law: All employment terms and conditions will be in accordance with Saudi Labor Law. Candidates must be prepared to adhere to these regulations throughout their employment.
