Are you a strong communicator with a talent for building high-level business partnerships Our award-winning consultancy is headhunting a driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Krakow. In this role you will act as a strategic link for world-class tech clients helping large companies adopt cloud technology and digital strategies.
Our hybrid work model is built for modern flexibility combining three days at our Krakow office with two days of remote work.
CORE OBJECTIVES & STRATEGIC IMPACT
Your focus will be on providing high-value consulting rather than traditional transactions. You will identify cloud-based opportunities and work directly with senior executives to modernize their business systems.
- High-Level Networking: Build and maintain strong long-term partnerships with small-to-medium businesses (SMBs) and top corporate leaders.
- Commercial Growth: Use your technical knowledge to lead complex negotiations solve business challenges and consistently exceed sales goals.
- Pipeline Management: Proactively identify high-potential leads and manage a professional sales funnel for our global tech partners.
- Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of trends in cloud and digital media to provide expert data-backed advice to your clients.
- Strategic Synergy: Work closely with internal teams and managers to ensure your personal wins contribute to the companys broader objectives.

- Linguistic Authority: Advanced German (B2/C1) and professional English (B2) for seamless communication within a global company.

- Operational Readiness: You must currently reside in or be ready to relocate to Krakow Poland.
