The Role
As Ecommerce PMO Digital Platforms (GMSA) you will lead the governance and delivery of our Digital Retailing solutions (Shopping Tools) across South America. You will orchestrate initiatives end-to-end with Sales Marketing Dealer Network and IT ensuring that our consumers can complete more of the shopping journey online in a frictionless seamless and omni-channel way always keeping our dealer network at the center of the process.
What you will do (responsabilities):
Lead the E-commerce PMO (Shopping Tools & Click Drive) for South America
Manage project portfolio ensuring delivery within scope timeline and budget
Develop scalable consumer-centric digital solutions to enhance the online shopping journey
Ensure governance prioritization and alignment across stakeholders (Business IT dealers and partners)
Drive integration between regional and global teams adapting solutions to local markets
Track performance and KPIs driving continuous improvement
Simplify processes remove blockers and ensure execution in complex environments
Location: São Caetano do Sul/SP
Your skills and abilities (required qualifications):
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing IT Engineering or related fields
Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)
Experience in E-commerce and/or Digital Product/Program Management
Strong knowledge of digital ecosystems (e-commerce platforms CRM analytics integrations)
Experience with omnichannel journeys (O2O) or retail/dealer networks is a plus
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong prioritization and risk management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills including senior and global teams
Analytical data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Experience in cross-functional and multicultural environments is a plus
