Job Summary

Warehouse Associate

All Year Cooling and Plumbing is looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our growing this role you will support daily warehouse operations by managing inventory organizing materials and ensuring our HVAC and plumbing teams have the supplies they need to succeed.

Responsibilities

Receive inspect and stock incoming inventory and material

Pick pack and prepare orders for technicians and installation teams

Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse environment

Track inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and audits

Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently and safely

Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to ensure stock availability
Pick up materials and equipment from vendors and suppliers as needed

Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)

Label and organize parts tools and equipment for easy access

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

Previous experience in warehouse inventory or logistics preferred

Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Dependable with a strong work ethic

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems

Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
