We are currently seeking to fill a number of Youth Worker vacancies in communities across Central Ontario Muskoka and northward.
Key Requirements:
- Experience working with children and youth
- Leadership skills and experience
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Willing and able to work weekdays with some evenings and weekends for programs or events
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within teams
- Willingness to do community outreach
- Strong computer organizational time management and administrative skills

A Youth Worker plays a key role in developing and maintaining programs for youth building community partnerships and staying connected to the youth.

Key Responsibilities:
Youth Unlimited serves youth and is looking for a day camp leader to run a program for youth in grades 6-9.. The role of the camp lead includes:
- Experience working with Grade 6-9
- Program facilitation and coordination
- Leadership skills
- Program promotion and has media skills
- Ideally has a life guard certificate
This is a part time position (30 hours/week for 9 weeks). The hourly wage for this staff position is $18 to $18. It is determined on a scale based on education and experience (0-5 years).
