As a Sr. Business Analyst I youll review analyze and evaluate user needs to create systems solutions that support overall business strategieswith the goal to make an impact across the federal government.

What youll do:

• Play a central role in bridging business stakeholders product owners technology teams and third-party vendors
• Translate program requirements into clear actionable documentation that enables efficient and accurate development and delivery.
• Capture business needs and facilitate working sessions
• Develop user stories and functional requirements and ensure that the delivery team has what it needs to execute with clarity and confidence
• Serve as a critical connective layer across business and technology helping to ensure that loyalty program requirements are well-defined prioritized and delivery-ready
• Perform other duties as needed

What youll need to succeed:

• Public Trust required (Or higher level clearance)
• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on technology or digital transformation programs preferably within financial services banking or credit union environments
• Strong requirements gathering skills including experience conducting stakeholder interviews facilitation workshops and process discovery sessions
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality documentation including user stories functional requirements acceptance criteria process flows and use cases
• Experience with Salesforce platforms
• Comfort working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments; experience grooming backlogs supporting sprint planning and tracking delivery against requirements
• Ability to synthesize complex ambiguous information from multiple sources into clear actionable and delivery-ready documentation

SALARY RANGE: $97000 $115000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications skills and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:

• The candidates professional background and relevant work experience
• The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
• Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
• This role is also eligible for additional compensation subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar which may include:
• Performance-based bonuses
• Company-paid training and/or certifications
• Referral bonuses
