Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / QMAP
Location: Steamboat Springs CO 80487
Schedule: Variable 8 & 16-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule Details

• Rotation schedule: Monday 7:00 AM Wednesday 3:00 PM
• Travelers are required to stay overnight at the facility during assigned rotation
• If awakened overnight hours worked are fully compensated
• If less than 5 hours of sleep is obtained overnight an additional 8-hour shift reimbursement applies

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with QMAP certification to support residents in a residential group home environment. This role involves providing direct hands-on care assisting with daily living activities medication administration and supporting residents during community outings. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a home-like setting with close patient interaction and shared living responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care and support to residents
• Administer medications in accordance with QMAP guidelines
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support residents during community outings and appointments
• Maintain a safe supportive and respectful home environment
• Collaborate with care team members to ensure quality resident care

Additional Information

• Company vehicle provided for resident transportation and medical appointments
• Must successfully pass DMV background screening
• Driving record requirement: no more than 3 violations in the past 5 years; DUI may be disqualifying

Requirements

• Active CNA certification
• Valid QMAP certification (required prior to start)
• Comfortable working in a residential care setting with overnight responsibilities
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record (as per requirements above)
