About the Role

As a Restaurant Porter you are responsible for ensuring the restaurant is clean stocked and operating efficiently. This is a hands-on physical role that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Youll play a crucial part in keeping the restaurant spotless handling deliveries and completing daily cleaning and maintenance tasksso our team can focus on providing a great guest experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in the dining room bathrooms kitchen and exterior areas by sweeping mopping scrubbing and disinfecting
• Empty trash bins and manage waste disposal
• Unload and organize deliveries; stock kitchen and storage using the FIFO method
• Perform basic upkeep (e.g. changing light bulbs tightening fixtures)
• Maintain clean parking lot sidewalks and landscaping; remove snow/ice as needed
• Restock cleaning supplies paper goods and kitchen necessities
• Support the team by keeping everything organized and guest-ready

Note: This is not a skilled maintenance or technician position. Applicants with HVAC electrical or trade certifications may not find this role aligned with their expertise. This is a cleaning and support-based role designed to keep our restaurant environment running smoothly.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable bending carrying and standing for long periods
• Able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Must be available to work early mornings with a regular start time of 5:00 AM
