The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $73000.00 - 109000.00 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location education experience knowledge and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will do in This Role:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production employees to meet production schedules quality standards and cost targets.
Monitor production output workflow and equipment performance to ensure efficiency and compliance with specifications.
Champion product quality and consistency throughout the build process. Contribute to the product quality metrics and acceptance criteria.
Assign work set priorities and adjust schedules as needed to meet operational goals.
Ensure all production activities are performed safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Train and onboard new employees on operational procedures safety practices and quality standards.
Maintain production records and prepare reports to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain all assembly assets
Support process improvements cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
Coordinate equipment maintenance and report operational issues to minimize downtime.
Promote teamwork and collaboration across departments.
What Were Looking for:
Bachelors degree preferred or high school diploma with relevant manufacturing experience.
23 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and plan
Knowledge of production processes safety practices and quality standards.
Ability to manage priorities monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
Strong communications skills with the ability to effectively liaison between the multiple cross functional teams
