About this Position
This Lab Technologist position is stationed in the Soil Water Forage Analytical Lab (SWFAL).
Duties include:
- Sample preparation organization analysis and disposal;
- Analyzing soil water plant and waste samples using ICP Carbon-Nitrogen analyzer Flow injection auto-analyzer;
- Performing titration pH and EC analysis with appropriate instruments;
- Performing routine instrument maintenance;
- Maintaining analysis quality with internal and external QC samples;
- Assisting other technicians with their duties and possibility in supervising part time technicians;
- Assisting lab manager in lab operations and performing other duties as assigned.
